A cleaning and breakage deposit of 100€, payable in cash, will be requested on arrival at the property. This will be returned in full if there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order.

Stylishly furnished with quality items, each holiday home has been individually decorated with tasteful Tuscan pieces. Stained glass, colourful tiles and vaulted ceilings are just a few examples of the care that has been taken during the restoration. Each property has a high-speed wireless internet connection and is equipped to a high standard with satellite television and dishwasher. The lovely pool is an inviting place for guests to relax, whilst the outdoor furnished terraces provide plenty of room for enjoying the warm sunshine.
