A cleaning and breakage deposit of 100€, payable in cash, will be requested on arrival at the property. This will be returned in full if there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order.

Surrounded by green meadows in typical Tuscan countryside, the lovely wine producing estate Agricola Montaione features six charming 19th-century apartments. Restored in 2004, the apartments boast original features such as beamed ceilings and terracotta-tiled floors and are equipped to a high standard including satellite television and an internet connection. The comfortable interiors have been stylishly furnished to reflect Italian country living and offer an ideal holiday base to explore this lovely area of Tuscany. Outdoors, the delightful swimming pools provide a peaceful place to unwind, whilst guests can also enjoy sampling local produce from the farm on the shaded terraces or take advantage of the on site tennis court. These lovely apartments each enjoy a private furnished outdoor area with varying degrees of privacy and are ideally situated, benefitting from beautiful surroundings with amenities on hand.
