A breakage deposit of 100€ is payable uponal arrival. This will be returned on the morning of departure (less charges for items not included in the price), provided there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owners may, at their discretion, make a minimum deduction of 50€ from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.
Household linen is available and chargeable. One set costs 20€ for two people and 5€ for each additional person. One hand towel, one bath towel and one flannel per person, plus two tea towels and two kitchen towels per booking will be provided. Extra sets are not available.

Dating from 1875, this charming stone-built village house is situated in a sleepy Mediterranean village, deep in the lower Fenouillèdes range of the eastern Pyrénées and facing the impressive Mont Canigou. Board floors, beamed ceilings and a wood-burning stove do much to retain the original character of this delightful property, recently renovated to provide comfortable and very appealing first and second floor accommodation (the ground floor is used solely for access). Running off the dining-area, a shady, wisteria-draped terrace enjoys extensive views over the surrounding landscape, while retaining a good degree of privacy from the nearest neighbour - the owners’ own home to the rear. At ground floor level a small, sunny garden, bordered with vines, is also available to guests.
