Casa al Vento is a historic hamlet overlooking an idyllic landscape of rolling hills and vineyards for which Tuscany is so famous. The estate produces award-winning wines which are available to purchase and guests may book wine tasting and cookery classes to really enjoy a taste of Tuscany. Guests can enjoy the surrounding countryside and relax on the terrace, whilst goats, ducks, hens and swans roam near the fishing lake which has an ornamental fountain.
Activities: Swimming pool (18m x 8m) available from 1st May to 1st October shared with seven cottages and suites in the hamlet. Please note the pool maximum depth of 1m70. In the area: Sample the local wine and visit the pretty villages of the world-famous Chianti region and take a day trip to Siena, with its delightful Plaza Il Campo where the famous Il Palio horse race takes place twice every summer.
