A breakage deposit of 125€ is payable upon arrival. This will be returned in full if there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owners may, at their discretion, deduct 50€ from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.
Gas for cooking, water heating and central heating is not included between 1 Jan - 23 Apr & 9 Oct - 31 Dec and must be paid for on departure.

Set in a peaceful location, it has excellent facilities for outdoor living including a sizeable terrace, a tranquil garden, from which guests can appreciate the glorious views of the surrounding countryside, and a heated swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 0m80 – 1m80), shared with the friendly and welcoming English owners. Guests are welcome to wander around the large garden and to relax on the natural stone benches beside the pool or in the shade of the grassy area at the back of the property. Just a short distance from the renowned region of the Dordogne and its bastide towns such as Baynac, Monpazier and Villefranche-du-Périgord, as well as picturesque villages and towns of the Lot Valley including Cahors and Villeneuve-sur-Lot. The impressive Château de Montayral stands just behind the property. Foie gras, canard and pruneaux are the Dordogne’s specialities and Armagnac tastings abound in the neighbouring département of Gers, as does the production of its renowned preserved fruits.
