Price includes: your chosen property on a rental-only basis from 1700 hours on the Saturday of arrival to 1000 hours on the Saturday of departure.
Arrival must be by 2000 hours.
Also included: bedlinen (sheets changed weekly); household linen (towels and tea towels).

Any other price related conditions
A breakage deposit of 150€ is payable uponal arrival. This will be returned on the morning of departure (less charges for items not included in the price), provided there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owners may, at their discretion, make a minimum deduction of 50€ from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.
Electricity is not included and must be paid for on departure.
Water is not included and must be paid for on departure (average water consumption costs approxiamately 10€ per week).
Gas (including central heating) is not included and must be paid for on departure.
Wood is not included and must be paid for on departure.

Décor of cream and chocolate brown downstairs and the floral design of the bedrooms upstairs add to the overall contemporary style, while modern fittings and comfortable furnishings maintain a home-from-home ambience. Outdoor facilities here are second to none, with table tennis, barbecue, boules pitch, table football and private swimming pool (12m x 6m, depth 1m50 - 2m80) available on the spot, all enclosed within the sunny, walled garden, a short stroll from local shops and restaurants. All the sights of Roman Provence in Nîmes, Arles and Orange within half an hour's drive; the historic town of Avignon at 45km and the reputed beach of La Grande-Motte at 50km. A high quality, comfortable property with excellent outdoor facilities.

Accommodation: Ground floor: open-plan sitting/dining room, kitchen, conservatory, 1 double and 1 twin-bedded room, bathroom, separate wc. First floor: 1 twin-bedded and 2 single rooms, (the twin room is only accessible via one of the single rooms) shower room with wc, cot. This property is particularly suited to indoor and out-of-season living, due to a higher than average level of comfort.
