In recent years, the hotel was completely renovated in deference to the modern technological world. Wifi, satellite TV, minibars, business facilities and air conditioning have brought the Saint Paul into the twenty first century. The decor, however, is still of the fashionable era, Haute Epoque, which is an extension of Le Belle Epoque, the beautiful era.

During Le Belle Epoque, Paris was at the center of the world's culture and the Saint Paul still reflects that heritage. The 31 rooms and suites of the hotel are individually and tastefully decorated. Of particular uniqueness is the cellar of the Saint Paul, which is composed of massive stone archways. Breakfasts of freshly baked breads, cheeses, fruits and preserves accompanied by rich coffees are served in this medieval environment.

The Hotel Saint Paul is very close to a number of cultural icons. The Musee National and La Sorbonne are within walking distance as is Notre Dame Cathedral. The Bastille Museum is also very close for those interested in the French Revolution.
