RESTAURANT
An elegant dining room, though in fine weather meals may be taken outdoors in the shade of a splendid chestnut tree. The chef/patron’s expertise in working with the finest local produce is reflected in his richly-deserved Michelin star. A set menu with choice featuring truly excellent cuisine is included and a superior menu is offered on your last night for stays of four nights or more (1 May – 30 Sep). Extensive range of fine wines lacking only a simple cuvée maison.
