Originally the property of the Sénanque Abbey monks, this top-class hotel stands amidst 20 acres of olive groves, lavender, pines, roses and cypress trees and boasts magnificent views to the Montagne du Luberon, as well as extensive leisure facilities, a bar, lounge and peaceful terraces. Voted by VFB guests as their favourite 4-star hotel of the year in 2010.

The 34 spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms are decorated in the soft muted colours of Provence and offer private balcony or terrace and a small coin salon. Superior rooms are slightly larger, face south and have marble bathrooms and floors.
RESTAURANT
Winning back its Michelin star in 2007, dinner is bound to be a highlight of your stay and a daily-changing menu without choice is served in the intimate dining room or on the terrace in fine weather.
