32 individually designed rooms decorated with both modern pieces and traditional local Vosges pine, creating a cosy yet contemporary feel. Rooms have views of the forest or the front of the hotel and gardens. Les Réves de Sophie Supérieure rooms are more spacious.
RESTAURANT
Cuisine is of an excellent standard, imaginatively presented using regional produce where possible. Dinner is a daily-changing four-course menu and is served in the wood-panelled restaurant or on the terrae in fine weather.
