Price includes: your chosen property on a rental-only basis from 1700 hrs on the Saturday of arrival to 1000 hrs on the Saturday of departure.
Arrival must be by 2000 hrs.
Also included: bedlinen (sheets changed weekly); gas for cooking.
Pets accepted.
There is a 2.5m drop from the front garden to the garage.
Any other price related conditions
A breakage deposit of 100€ is payable in cash upon arrival. This will be returned on the morning of departure (less charges for items not included in the price), provided there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owner may, at their discretion, make a minimum deduction of 50€ from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.
Electricity (radiator in each room) is not included and must be paid for on departure.
Household linen is available and chargeable.  One set costs 20€ for two people and 5€ for each additional person.  One hand towel, one bath towel and one flannel per person, plus two tea towels and two kitchen towels per booking will be provided.  Extra sets are not available.
Kerhau is a 4-bedroomed cottage, sleeping 8 (+ baby), in a rural setting, 1 km outside the village of Quéménéven (South Finistère), 18km E of Douarnenez (Michelin map: 512).  VFB is delighted to have featured this property since 1985.  Saturday arrival.

This attractive property, built in 1980, is a large detached house standing in some 2000m² of well-kept gardens, with swings, laid mostly to lawn with a few flowers and a boundary hedge of conifers. The spacious accommodation, including a large conservatory of 24m², is comfortably furnished with traditional furniture. The property is set back about 20m from the lane which runs to the side of it, and the welcoming owners, who are retired farmers, live in the farmhouse on the other side of the lane, some 300m away. An attractive property in a lovely rural setting north of Quimper, a short drive from Locronan and the splendid Bay of Douarnenez. Highly recommended for the warm welcome of the owners.

Accommodation comprises: Ground floor: kitchen, living/dining room (with open fireplace), 1 double-bedded room, shower room, wc. First floor: 1 twin and 2 double-bedded rooms, cot, bathroom, 2nd wc.

Activities: Table football and table tennis on the spot. Fine beaches at 13km. Swimming pool and riding at Châteaulin (12km). Tennis at Quéménéven.

Services: Baker and garage at Quéménéven. Supermarket at Plogonnec (8km). All shops and services at Douarnenez and Châteaulin. Market on Thursdays at Châteaulin and Wednesday in Quimper and Douarnenez. Eggs and vegetables in season available from owners.
