Price includes: your chosen property on a rental-only basis from 1700 hours on the Saturday of arrival to 1000 hours on the Saturday of departure.
Arrival must be by 2000 hours.

Pets not accepted
Possibility of slight disturbance from the village due to festivities on 14th July and at the beginning of September.
Any other price related conditions
A breakage deposit of 125€ is payable upon arrival. This will be returned on the morning of departure (less charges for items not included in the price), provided there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owners may, at their discretion, make a minimum deduction of 50€ from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.

A smart, self-contained apartment, occupying the ground floor of the owner's bespoke Provençal villa in a quiet residential area which is in a sought-after location only 30 minutes’ drive from the Côte d'Azur. Recently refurbished, this spacious apartment is fully equipped with brand new fixtures and fittings to provide accommodation of an excellent standard. Although the smart, fitted kitchen and light open-plan living areas are worth highlighting, the overall combination of contemporary décor and modern furnishings makes for a homely and appealing interior.
