Price includes: your chosen property on a rental-only basis from 1700 hours on the Saturday of arrival to 1000 hours on the Saturday of departure.

Young children will require supervision due to low hedge (50cm) around garden with unprotected drop on far side.
During low season (6 October 2012 to 10 November 2012 and 5 October 2013 to 30 November 2013), the bedrooms on the lower ground floor are unavailable and maximum capacity is reduced to 4 adults
Any other price related conditions
A breakage deposit of 125€ is payable upon arrival. This will be returned in full if there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owners may, at their discretion, deduct 50€ from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.
Household linen is available and chargeable. One set costs 20€ for two people and 5€ for each additional person. One hand towel, one bath towel and one flannel per person, plus two tea towels and two kitchen towels per booking will be provided. Extra sets are not available.
