Price includes: your chosen property on a rental-only basis from 1700 hours on the Saturday of arrival to 1000 hours on the Saturday of departure.

A breakage deposit of 100€ is payable upon arrival. This will be returned in full if there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owners may, at their discretion, deduct 50€ from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.
Household linen is available and chargeable. One set costs 20€ for two people and 5€ for each additional person. One hand towel, one bath towel and one flannel per person, plus two tea towels and two kitchen towels per booking will be provided. Extra sets are not available.
Electricity (radiator in each room) is not included and must be paid for on departure.
Lan Gannec is a 4 bedroomed cottage, sleeping 6 (+ baby), in a small hamlet, 2km from the small town of Baud (Morbihan), 35km NW of Vannes (Michelin map: 512). VFB is delighted to have featured this property since 1992. Saturday arrival.
This appealing property is a conversion of an old farm building, built in granite and incorporating attractive dormer windows, adjoining the home of the friendly owners. Set just off a quiet country lane, the cottage has its own lawned sitting-out area (approx. 11m x 3m) facing south-east and access to a larger garden shared with the owners, with sandpit and swing, some 20m distant, suitable for children. The accommodation, essentially modern, is comfortably furnished, the kitchen being particularly well-appointed with attractive wooden units. The bedrooms are simply fitted but homely and comfortable. A peaceful location, off the main tourists’ tracks but within easy reach of the fine coastline between Lorient and Vannes, notably the rugged scenery of the Presqu’Ile de Quiberon and the family resort of Carnac with its sandy beach. The owners will personally welcome their visitors. (They have a small dog).
