Price includes: your chosen property on a rental-only basis from 1700 hours on the Saturday of arrival to 1000 hours on the Saturday of departure.
Arrival must be by 2000 hours.
Also included: bedlinen (sheets changed weekly); gas for cooking; electricity (electric radiators).
Pets not accepted.
Any other price related conditions
A breakage deposit of 125€ is payable uponal arrival. This will be returned on the morning of departure (less charges for items not included in the price), provided there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owners may, at their discretion, make a minimum deduction of 50€ from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.
Household linen is available and chargeable. One set costs 20€ for two people and 5€ for each additional person. One hand towel, one bath towel and one flannel per person, plus two tea towels and two kitchen towels per booking will be provided. Extra sets are not available.

This is a semi-detached period property of local stone, built in 1873 and adjoined to the discreet owners’ home in a quiet hamlet of just a handful of properties. This traditional property boasts a private, covered swimming pool to the rear and offers impressive views over the neighbouring countryside. The property has a very welcoming feel and plenty of homely warmth. Decorated in a typically French style with pieces of antique furniture, the interior retains many original features such as exposed brickwork and wooden beams. Outside, a lovely covered terrace is the ideal spot for alfresco meals whilst drinking in the views of the peaceful countryside. Alternatively, the refreshing swimming pool, with retractable cover, will satisfy those looking to escape the heat on long, hot summer days.
