A breakage deposit of 125€ is payable upon arrival. This will be returned in full if there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owners may, at their discretion, deduct 50€ from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.
Household linen is available and chargeable. One set costs 20€ for two people and 5€ for each additional person. One hand towel, one bath towel and one flannel per person, plus two tea towels and two kitchen towels per booking will be provided. Extra sets are not available.
Electricity is not included and must be paid for on departure.
Wood for heating is not included and must be paid for directly to owner.

Occupying an enviable elevated position, a short distance from the village of Mollans-sur-Ouvèze in the Drôme region, and affording quite sublime panoramic views across vineyards as far the Mont Ventoux, this attractive Provencal villa with pool offers complete seclusion and privacy in a very privileged location. Inside, recent fixtures and equipment of a high standard offer comfort and practicality while beamed ceilings, tiled floors and largely traditional furniture provide a welcoming atmosphere. French windows lead off the open-plan living area (with flat screen televison - French channels only) to an L-shaped, covered terrace (approximately 4m70 x 4m40 x 1m80) which leads to the south-facing grassy garden where the swimming-pool (9.7m x 4m, depth 1m – 2m) is located, with willow, rosemary and lavender bordering vineyards.The private, open garden is away from the road and neighbours but gives on to a track where vignerons’ tractors may occasionally pass. The friendly young owner is very knowledgeable about the area and tends nearby vineyards. Visits in the area include walks on 1900m high Mont Ventoux, the delightful arcaded market at Buis-les-Baronnies, Roman towns of Vaison-la-Romaine and Orange and the striking rock formations of Dentelles de Montmirail above the vineyards of Gigondas and Vacqueyras.
