This newly-built detached villa with pool boasts quite splendid views across sweeping vineyards and the valley of the river Ouvèze to the magnificent Mont Ventoux and is just 1km from a charming Provençal village. The property is spacious, light and airy and has been very well fitted and furnished with good quality modern pieces, including a number of paintings done by the owner herself. The large, open-plan, fully fitted kitchen and spacious living room with open fireplace add to the high standards here. Outdoors a paved, covered terrace offers a peaceful position for outdoor dining while a first floor terrace (approx. 4 x 4m40) offers wonderful views over vineyards and the Mont Ventoux. A private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1m60) is set among olive trees and vineyards. A lovely property in a secluded and quiet situation, in beautiful countryside only a short distance from the village.
