Price includes: your chosen property on a rental-only basis from 1700 hours on the Saturday of arrival to 1000 hours on the Saturday of departure.

A breakage deposit of 500€ is payable upon arrival. This will be returned in full if there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owners may, at their discretion, deduct 50€ from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.
Heating of pool above 28ºC is not included and is charged at the rate of 200€ per week if required.

A most appealing restoration of a detached stone farmhouse with a private pool (8m x 4m, depth 1m50)and jacuzzi for up to three people. There are breathtaking views over the rolling valley, including glimpses of the château of Fleurac. Decorated in blue and white, with elegant furniture, this delightful property has been designed not only to please the eye but also to offer modern facilities, such as the large television screen and the indoor pool, which opens via full-length windows on to the rear terrace and the jacuzzi. The large, well-maintained garden has palm and olive trees as well as many terraces suitable for dining alfresco, one with built-in barbecue. Ideally placed for visiting the many famous sites and attractions of the Dordogne such as mediaeval Sarlat, and the beautiful villages bordering the Dordogne river, including Beynac and La Roque Gageac. The summer is also the time for music festivals in Coly, Sarlat and Montignac. Not to be missed gastronomically: the regional specialities of foie gras and truffles.
