Price includes: your chosen property on a rental-only basis from 1700 hrs on the Saturday of arrival to 1000 hrs on the Saturday of departure.
Arrival must be by 2000 hrs.

Any other price related conditions
A breakage deposit of 125€ is payable in cash upon arrival. This will be returned on the morning of departure (less charges for items not included in the price), provided there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owner may, at their discretion, make a minimum deduction of 50€ from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.
Household linen is available and chargeable. One set costs 20€ for two people and 5€ for each additional person. One hand towel, one bath towel and one flannel per person, plus two tea towels and two kitchen towels per booking will be provided. Extra sets are not available.
Les Palmiers is a 3-bedroomed apartment, sleeping 6 (+ baby), on the outskirts of the village of Langlade (Gard), 6km W of Nîmes, 42km NE of Montpellier (Michelin map: 527). VFB is delighted to have featured this property since 2005. Saturday arrival.

A detached family home, with accommodation all on the first floor (the discreet owner occupies an independent studio on the ground floor), standing in its own Mediterranean style gardens within minutes of the village (passing traffic noise is audible). A raised terrace, set off by bright geraniums, looks down over the garden, dotted with palm and fig trees and colourful flower borders, the centrepiece of which is the 10m private pool (5m x 10m, depth 0m70 - 2m10 on one side, 1m50 on the other side). The largely open-plan interior is equipped and fitted to a very high standard and furnished with several classical pieces of furniture. Bedrooms are spacious (the master bedroom is en suite) and attractively presented, which along with the fitted kitchen, makes for accommodation of an excellent standard. In the area, Nîmes, a city of Gallo-Roman history, with a beautifully preserved amphitheatre, maison carrée and old quarter with quaint covered passageways; Uzès with its mediaeval houses, ducal palace and lively market and the Pont du Gard to the north; the bustling city of Montpellier where beautiful historic quarters and superb gardens are juxtaposed with modern buildings; the resorts of La Grand-Motte and Carnon-Plage are also within easy driving distance. In a nutshell, quality accommodation with lovely pool and garden in an area of historic interest.
