A cleaning and breakage deposit of £150, payable in cash, will be requested on arrival at the property in exchange for a receipt. This will be returned in full if there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owners may, at their discretion, deduct additional cleaning charges (typically 30€) from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.

From the sun terrace there are splendid views extending as far as the Mediterranean, while the immaculate white sandy beach at Santa Giulia is just over 5 minutes’ away by car.
Conveniently planned on one level, the interior is accessed through a hallway that leads into the open-plan kitchen, separated from the living/dining room by a breakfast bar. The functional kitchen has a fridge-freezer, hob, mini-oven, microwave and a dishwasher, while the living/dining room has a sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs, television and CD player.

Services: A mobile butcher comes to the village every Thursday morning at around 9am. All shops can be found in Porto-Vecchio (5km). There is a fruit and vegetable market on Sunday morning in Porto-Vecchio and a general market on the first Thursday of each month, behind the Port de Plaisance. There is also a roadside shop on the Porto-Vecchio road which sells fruit, vegetables and bread (open every day 8.30am to 8pm). Parking available on the spot.
In the area: The best of both worlds: rural tranquillity, even in peak season, but the gloriously safe sandy beaches of Santa Giulia and Palombaggia are just a short drive away. A wide variety of water sports are available in July and August and boat trips can be booked to offshore islands. Porto-Vecchio, with its lively quayside, sophisticated shopping and well-stocked supermarkets. Inland, the forests of l’Ospédale and Zonza offer great walks amidst superb scenery while the Col de Bavella, with its heady pine trees and rocky serrated mountains, represents the very essence of Corsica.
