An annual open-air Guitar Festival takes place in Patrimonio, usually during the third week of July, therefore some music may be heard when concerts are taking place.

A cleaning and breakage deposit of £250, payable in cash, will be requested on arrival at the property in exchange for a receipt. This will be returned in full if there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owners may, at their discretion, deduct additional cleaning charges (typically 30€) from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.

Services: In Patrimoniu there is a small supermarket, a post office, four restaurants and a bar. Larger supermarkets can be found in St Florent or Bastia. Market in St Florent on the first Wednesday of every month. Parking available at the property.
In the area: Patrimonio is a delightful holiday base, thanks to its eye-catching landscapes and panoramic views to the nearby coastline. The chic port of St Florent sits proudly at the base of the Cap Corse, some ten minutes' drive away, and its quayside restaurants, town beach and organised boat trips are popular attractions. A leisurely drive up the coast takes you past Nonza's striking Genoese tower while a little futher afield lies the port of Centuri, boasting a choice of excellent seafood restaurants.
