The property is provided on an accommodation-only basis, bed linen, towels and all utilities are included.
Occupancy of accommodation is from 3:00pm (day of arrival) to 9:00am (day of departure).

Any other price related conditions
A cleaning and breakage deposit of £250, payable in cash, will be requested on arrival at the property in exchange for a receipt. This will be returned in full if there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owners may, at their discretion, deduct additional cleaning charges (typically 30€) from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.
Villa Au Milan is a spacious property with a private swimming pool only five minutes' drive from an attractive, bustling port and beach. Situated high on a hillside above the beautiful St Florent gulf, with views extending along the jagged coastline of the nearby Cap Corse, this well-presented villa offers quite delecable sea views.
A fairly steep, rough track from the coast road far below, winds its way up the hillside to Au Milan. We're confident you'll agree that the journey will be worth it, once you relax onto a sun lounger on the terrace and feast your eyes on the wonderful panorama that greets you - it's rather impressive!
To the one side of the villa, in a private position shielded by trees and hedges, is an enclosed swimming pool while pride of place at this villa has to go to the balcony sweeping the length of the property, where we suspect many a memorable moment will be spent enjoying freshly-cooked fare from the barbecue accompanied by a delicious red wine from one of the fabulous local vineyards.

Activities
Private swimming pool (with security gate) 10m x 5m, available early May – late September. Please note the pool depth of 1m10 - 2m20. The beach at St Florent has windsurfing, paragliding, kayak tours, jet skiing and boat rental available. Boat trips to the Plages de Loto and Salecciu leave from the marina. Horse riding available in St Florent and Murato (22km). Patrimonio open-air guitar festival in July (7km).

In the town there is a supermarket, post office, garage, banks, bakeries, numerous restaurants, cafés and bars. Larger supermarkets as well as all other conveniences can be found in Bastia. Market in St Florent on the first Wednesday of every month. Parking available at the property.
In the area
This corner of the island is an ideal choice for a holiday, thanks largely to the beauty of the surrounding landscape as well as the wide variety of activities on offer locally. Nearby St Florent is a popular base for all types of water sports including canoeing, windsurfing, jet skiing and boat hire, while the more adventurous amongst you may like to try paragliding, possible from a nearby hillside. The mysterious Desert des Agriats awaits you in the oppsite direction, with its intriguing rocky outcrops while slightly further afield lies the stunning Plage d'Ostriconi, a fine white sandy beach with glorious azure waters.
NB: There is a studio located next to the villa and this will be occupied during the season.
